Income generation specialist

We are seeking a proactive and strategic income generation specialist to develop new non-membership income streams for UKCP. 

£39,645 (FTE) per annum (£23,787 actual/pro-rated)

Part-time, 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic income generation specialist to develop new non-membership income streams for UKCP. 

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the organisation by conducting market research, feasibility assessments and business planning for diverse income-generating initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to UKCP's strategic goals and support our mission to improve access to psychotherapy. You will help us diversify our income, ensuring we can continue to deliver high-quality services and support our members and the public.

 

About you

This role is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in income generation, business development or fundraising. You will have strong analytical skills, experience in market research and financial modelling and the ability to develop comprehensive business proposals.

You will be passionate about contributing to the charitable sector and understand the importance of aligning income generation with UKCP’s strategic aims. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, working independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
