My Approach

Integrative Psychotherapy offers a holistic approach that acknowledges and recognises every client's perception of gender, sexual preference, sexual orientation, sexual identity, issues of equality, power, culture and race and their impact on individual person and how they relate. I offer a confidential, safe, environment for clients to talk openly about their concerns
My approach is to enable client to explore their issue in a safe and trusting therapy session. To make choice about how they wish to be in the process to enable the changes and or acceptance of their experience and a sense of future growth.
