I have a broad range of experience working with individual adults.
I work in short and long term therapy.
My original training as a Person Centred counsellor fits with my belief that everyone is a unique individual.
I work in a pluralistic (integrative) way; drawing on various psychological approaches depending on your individual need.

My work with trauma (over-whelming experience) is influenced by Sensorimotor Psychotherapy which acknowledges that the body can hole its own non-verbally memory in our bodies, somatic memory.
I am an advanced certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist and Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist

Internal family systems is a non-pathologising, mindful way of working towards internal attachment repair.
It is respectful of our protective system that has helped us survive and often defends the parts of us that hold vulnerability. Working from the belief that we all have a good at our core.
