My Approach

You lead, I follow and reflect. Along the way we work with your dreams, your shadows, fears, hidden selves and your inner child. We sit with emotions and use them, rather than running away from them as we so often do in our everyday lives. Sometimes we encounter emotions you might not like and they are particularly important - rage, jealousy, envy, greed, embarrassment, shame, fear, guilt, deadness, depression and anxiety - we welcome them all.

About Me

Psychotherapy with me is about taking time just for you, to explore your heart, soul and mind. It is not only about exploring your past and present challenges. It is a creative journey in depth, using empathy, intuition, creative imagination, emotions, dreams and the felt sense, so that you gain the confidence to reveal more of your authentic self and your qualities. I have been working with clients since 2012. For five years I worked at Living Well, offering counselling to men and women with HIV. I also worked as a counsellor at Kingston Women’s Centre. I have an Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in transpersonal psychotherapy, an Advanced Diploma in Dreamwork and am a qualified EMDR therapist. Before becoming a psychotherapist I had a career in business, mainly PR and marketing. I have lived and worked in France the US and Dubai. I am married with two grown-up children.
