About Me

I began training in 1993, and was first accredited by the UKCP through its Humanistic and Integative Psychotherapy College to practice as a Core Process Psychotherapist in 2003.

I trained at the Karuna Institute completing the foundation then moving onto the Diploma in Psychotherapy later I studied for the and was awarded an M.A. in Core Process Psychotherapy in 2002.

In an earlier life l trained and worked as an Engineer becoming interested in Spirituality, Buddhism, Personal Development, Social and Ecological Responsibility I trained firstly as a Counsellor, then as a Psychotherapist and then as a Teacher. I have a Certificate in Mindfulness based Supervision.

I live in Southampton Hampshire with my partner and two children.

I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in Private Practice. I offer Supervision renting rooms at the Romney Centre Southampton. I am a member of the Hampshire Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
