About Me

I am an experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist and relational Transactional Analyst. I offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore a range of issues. I work alongside couples to help them reconnect and rebuild their relationship, especially when communication and trust have broken down; where there is conflict or where the partners are struggling with painful and difficult life events. I see individuals who may be struggling to find the right partner or who seem to be unable to maintain their relationships. Psychotherapy can help make sense of these patterns of relating by offering a deeper exploration of childhood experiences and the effect they have on adult relationship attachments.
I am also a specialist fertility counsellor who works with individuals and couples struggling with the trauma surrounding infertility treatment, pregnancy and baby loss.
One of the most important aspects of working together is to have a strong and healthy therapeutic relationship. I offer a free 10 minute telephone consultation to discuss how I work and for you to ask any questions you may have about psychotherapy.
