About Me

In sessions, I offer clients a safe refuge to journey inside during major life transitions and periods of loss, depression and/or anxiety. I integrate creative and reflective techniques to help clients give voice to feelings and experiences. In doing so, people can connect with lost, forgotten, damaged or neglected parts of themselves. Arts therapy can also lead to the discovery of inner resources and hidden creative potentials. No experience of the arts is needed to benefit from this approach.
