About Me

I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist / counsellor. I offer confidential professional counselling from comfortable private offices in Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham, West Midlands.

In my 'integrative approach' I call on several theoretical frameworks from both Psychodynamic, and Humanistic traditions. However, the work itself takes a relational style with a focus on using the therapeutic relationship to help provide a structure and a place to help with the wide range of difficulties that can affect us in our daily lives and relationships.

Working with private individuals and in small groups, I provide caring and professional counselling/psychotherapy and all work undertaken is strictly confidential.
