About Me

My name is Nina Grant and I work as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I work with both adults and children, exploring the issues that might be getting in the way of living and learning. I work in 2 locations in North London, Finsbury Park and Camden.
In this therapeutic process I provide a space for thoughts and feelings to unfold and be explored. It is within the realms of this therapeutic relationship that insights and healing can begin.
My training is both psychoanalytic and humanistic and my approach is one that incorporates elements from both traditions.
I work with adults and children on a timescale that can be adjusted to suit the circumstances.
I can also meet with parents/carers to discuss their concerns.
