About Me

As an Integrative Psychotherapist with 20+ years of experience, I'm dedicated to providing compassionate and effective psychotherapy to individuals, couples and groups, who are seeking to improve their mental health and well-being.
With a deep understanding of human behaviour and psychological principles, I firmly believe that every individual has the innate capacity for growth and transformation and I create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, and embodied experiences.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, emphasising collaboration, empathy, and my goal is to empower you to lead a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I am accredited by the UKCP as a Psychotherapist and Supervisor, and I am interested in diverse practice as a Trainer, Relationship Counsellor, Group Facilitator, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) and Trauma therapist.
I have an extensive background in providing CISM (Critical Incident & Stress Management) services to international organisations, and some key experiences in working with addiction and with individual experiencing challenging emotional and mental health difficulties.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I have comprehensive experience in treating various mental health issues, with a special focus on anxiety disorders, depression and trauma-related concerns. My approach is integrative, blending elements of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, and I adapt to the unique needs and preference of each client, in a safe and non-judgmental environment. My specialist experiences in mental health was gained through a extensive background as a mental health professional. I have completed professional trainings in this area.
I conduct regular clinical supervision with individuals and groups to both trained and untrained therapist. I offer support and provide constructive feedback and help to ensure that ethical and clinical standards are maintained, fostering professional development and competence of my supervisees. I maintain clear and effective communication skills to facilitate the growth and development of my supervisees. I maintain a anti-discriminatory and inclusive practice that value individual differences, diversity and perspectives.
I create a safe, supportive and therapeutic space to assist clients in processing traumatic memories, managing distressing emotions and developing coping skills to promote healing and resilience. I am trained as a EMDR therapist, and have completed several trauma-related trainings that has enhance my skills, competence and expertise.
I have extensive experience in workplace counselling, and I am adept at addressing work-related stress and burnout, relationship and interpersonal conflicts, conflict resolution and other occupational difficulties. My approach includes the use of solution-focused ideas and establishing a supportive, confidential and collaborative environment and approach to address the person's needs.
