In my therapeutic work I offer transparency, respect, interactive and collaborative space where positive regard and trust lay the foundation for the therapist-client relationship.

About Me

I am passionate about my work as longing for a deep, safe, meaningful connection is not only deeply wired into our brains but healthy relationships also improve our mental, emotional health and physical health. I work with families and couples wishing to secure loving bond and long-lasting connection.

I also work with individuals who wish to discover how their current difficulties link to the sense of self created out of previous life’s experiences. In EMDR the impact of those life’s adversities can be neutralised (by reprocessing) so it no longer has a significant impact on your day-to-day life.

I identify as a Cisgender women and LGBTQ+ ally. Ethos of my practice is inclusivity, openness and respect.

I offer face-to-face sessions as well as therapy online. My private practice is located 10min walk from Ealing Broadway station.

I have developed my systemic practice working with couples and families facing relational difficulties and problems such as disconnection, unresolved and reoccurring conflicts, adversities, trauma, mental and physical ill-health and losses. I have worked in the NHS and private sector.

I have 20 years of experience working in a variety of roles across different health and social care sectors supporting those facing adversities, challenges and significant life’s crises.

I believe that we are all relational beings and the quality of our close relationships determine our lives’ satisfaction. A sense of connection, feeling loved and understood all play a vital role in building and sustaining good relationships. I help couples and families work through challenges they face, helping them to fully understand each other’s needs and longings and re-connect into a stronger relationship.
