My Approach

Passionate with Carl Gustav Jung, I have been lucky enough to be in supervision with great therapists from as various modalities as Freudian analysis, psycho-organic analysis (psychobody approach), psychodrama, arts-therapy, humanistic therapy and body psychoanalysis. I have never stopped training and have, thus, gained an experience that allows me to offer a bespoke work to each of my clients.

I am an accredited psychotherapist of the UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy), of the UKAHPP (United Kingdom Association for Humanistic Psychology Practitioners) and of the FF2P (Fédération Française de Psychothérapie et de Psychanalyse).

About Me

I have been practicing for almost 25 years a creative and relational psychotherapy with a major existential dimension.

After working almost 15 years in central London, I now consult online and in Paris 15 in French, English and Italian.

I see adult clients only, face to face and online. I am also a couple and a group therapist as well as an arts-therapist and a qualified supervisor.

I am an HEC Paris graduate and an ECP (European Certificate of Psychotherapy) holder.

  • Couples
  • Groups

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

Bereavement and loss are part of life. No existence can be lived without them. I am particularly interested in accompanying my clients to explore this essential existential problematic.
As a person speaking three languages and having lived abroad for 15 years myself, I am particularly interested in treating cultural issues. I believe difference is our greatest wealth but I know that difference can trigger rejection, difficulties if not racism and all the narcissistic wounds that it can create. I am particularly happy to help clients with cultural issues.
As many therapists, I have started to work online intensively with Covid and have kept going since I have moved back to Paris, France, my home town, while most of my clients have stayed in London. I can also see some value in working online : it can allow people who live in remote places or who have mobility difficulties to access counselling/psychotherapy and it can represent a great time gain. I try to develop creative ways to work online so that the body can also be part of the work.
I have been a qualified supervisor for years and I love supervision. It is a great way to exchange fruitfully with other professionals and to share with them my now more than 2 decades of experience.
I have myself lost and accompanied several close relatives who died from cancer since I was in my early twenties. Despite the sadness I have experienced, it has allowed me to develop a know how, a philosophy and a way of being that allows me to accompany people who suffer from terminal illnesses. Each time I have the opportunity to do so, I feel blessed by the very special experience it always represents.
