About Me

I have been in private practice since 1986, working with individuals, couples, groups and staff teams from a diverse range of ages, cultural and religious backgrounds. I have worked in many mental health setting, including the NHS and Social Services.

I work in English and German.

I am an individual psychotherapist and training group analyst and member of the Institute of Group Analysis where I also qualified as a supervisor. I am an accredited supervisor with BAPPS and the UKCP and have taught and supervised individuals and groups for professionals from a variety of disciplines.

My overall approach is psychoanalytic and I draw on relational therapy. Other theoretical reference points are based on attachment theory, Jungian, integrative, or group analytic and systemic principles, since many problems arise in social environments.

One of my aims is to help people towards a better understanding of themselves and others. I have a special interest in all aspects of creativity.
