My Approach

My task is to help my client find their own solutions by raising their awareness of how their situation is affecting them and how they are responding to it. This highlights to the client how their own internal processes may be influencing the situation that they are in.

About Me

I am a Gestalt Psychotherapist trained at the Gestalt Centre in London. I have been working as a therapist for over twenty years and have extensive experience working with individuals, counselling students, young people and groups.
I look at what is happening for you, focussing on your main concerns and working with you to gain a clearer understanding of your situation. This will help you to find fresh perspectives and give you more freedom in the choices you make.
I am available in my Brighton practice on Monday evenings, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays during the day and on Friday daytimes in my London practice.
