About Me

Hello, my name is Lisa, I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist, with an MSc in Integrative psychotherapy. I provide a warm, non judgemental and confidential environment, to give space to talk about experiences and feelings. As an Integrative therapist I am able to take different theories to provide therapy to suit each individual, as there are many approaches that can help. I understand that we all need support at times and that it can be difficult seeking out support, therefore you're welcome to contact me with any questions.
The way I work is to integrate different relational and developmental theories depending on the individual. Working together we will integrate feeling, thought and behaviour, with the outcome of feeling whole, content and new ways of being.
I offer individual long term and short term counselling and psychotherapy for ages 18-85+.
I offer clinical supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists at a reduced cost whilst gaining my level 7 clinical supervision diploma and clinical supervisor accreditation with UKCP.
