My Approach

I offer an Integrative approach bringing together theories and models from all schools of psychotherapy. My approach is soft and empathetic yet direct and transformative offering tools and observations for awareness, understanding, clarity and change. I am a fully qualified and accredited integrative and transpersonal psychotherapist, EMDR therapist, and ICF, PCC level transformative coach.

About Me

As an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist and EMDR therapist I bring together a variety of approaches and techniques that will be specific to my work with you. I am also a Transpersonal Psychotherapist if you are looking to go deeper into yourself through creative exercises, visualizations and mindfulness techniques.

Working with me will enable you to process the work you have come to therapy for, find more clarity and help you become aware of necessary changes and tools to cope with the issues you are experiencing.

We will look at root causes that may have led to thought patterns and beliefs you are holding onto today. I have a strong sense of emotional intelligence and meet you where you are in a manner that is comfortable for you. I work with high performing individuals and public figures (Member of BAPAM) from all over the world and offer face-to-face or online/telephone sessions for clients who are living abroad or frequently travelling.

Although my role is to listen and hold you through your process which I do, I also offer tools and ideas to help you shift and recover from what you are suffering from right now.

Previously I have successfully run my own company for 13 years which enables me to combine my ICF coaching and psychotherapy for a more structured approach for those seeking relational or structural help. I offer a non-judgmental, safe and contained space where all presenting issues and feelings are welcomed. Apart from psychotherapy I hold Diplomas and Degrees in Communications, Coaching, Somatic healing, Executive functions coach, Early Years Montessori Pedagogy and EMDR.

In the UK I work in London’s Notting Hill, Mayfair (Monday - Thursday) and in Hampshire (Friday).

Working with me requires consistent weekly sessions and total honesty and confidentiality. Non-disclosure agreements (NDA’s) are normally signed on request.
Other than online therapy I see clients face to face in Central London
