My Approach

I am fully trained in a variety of therapy approaches but what is most important to me is providing you with a space in which you can explore the issues that are of concern to you and then work to find solutions to these issues. I believe my job is to help you develop the skills or reconnect with the skills that will help you to achieve your goal.

About Me

At present I am only offering online or telephone sessions.

I help (adults, young people, couples, families) individual or joint session, sort out issues that are causing them difficulty. These issues can include relationship difficulties, anger management, trauma, disability, pain management, employment issues and stress management. I use my skills as a therapist to help people find a solution and resolve the difficulty they are experiencing.

I am a fully trained and accredited systemic therapist with over 30 years experience of working with individuals, children families and couples. I have worked in both the public and charity sector as a therapist and a manager of therapy services. I have a BA and a Masters in Psychology and I am fully accredited with Both UKCP & BACP. In my work, I am focused on helping you to achieve your goals and we work in a way that helps you become the expert in your own life and find the solutions that work for you. I have extensive experience with people who have experienced trauma and abuse. I also have expertise in working with disability, chronic pain and health issues, anxiety depression, stress and relationship issues.
