About Me

Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Experiential Dating Coach and Lecturer. I provide a highly confidential Therapy service. I have 11 years experience as a Therapist, and I have worked with a variety of client groups during this time. I have particular experience of working with clients struggling with work related stress, relationship issues (family, friends, colleagues, other) and people who have experienced emotional abuse/coercion and control in relationships. I have worked as a therapist in a number of voluntary sector services, Employee Assistance, Relate, the NHS and Universities. Previous to my current therapy work, I worked in the community mental health sector for 9 years.

I am a qualified Couples Therapist and an Experiential Dating Coach.
I have attended training in Group Analysis and Mentalization Based Therapy.
