About Me

I feel strongly about the benefits of counselling and I take this partly from my own valuable experience as a client where I was able to process historical life events from childhood and learnt to recognise my own relational patterns in relationships with others. I believe as a therapist having my own person counselling running along side my degree training was paramount to become a grounded psycho-therapeutic counsellor.
I am an experienced and qualified counsellor with an established private counselling practice in the city of Peterborough & building up a new practice in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. I am a registered member of UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) membership number:-2011163649

I am an employed counsellor working within GP settings and undertake work for employee assistance programmes and companies. I work in both a long and short term basis with adults and I hold a Criminal Records Bureau Certificate. ‘This member has completed UKCP Covid-19 Online Working Guidance’
