My Approach

I am a person-centred integrative counsellor, with special interest around attachment disorders, primal therapy and relationships.

About Me

I founded a charity Alternatives Trust East London in 1994, and my counselling career grew out of this. I qualified in 2010 and continue to add experiences and training, including an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2013. I am also a counselling supervisor. I have written and delivered training courses as well as headed a national telephone counselling helpline for 15 years. I just love counselling - face to face and via zoom or telephone. Since 2020 I now live in Hastings, East Sussex.

I work with

  • Couples
  • Families
  • Groups
  • Individuals
  • Private healthcare referrals

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

All of life is about relationships and their successes or struggles. Ultimately most of the list of special interests is included in working with relationships. As an integrative counsellor I offer many different tools and ways of working, with the aim of finding the approach that most helps each unique client.
