My Approach

I am especially interested and informed by attachment theory and place relationship history and experience at the centre of my work with clients.

I have worked with clients who have experienced childhood family disruption (loss/divorce) which impacts their relationships and way of being now, be that feeling anxious, depressed, or lonely. My aim is to build a comfortable working relationship that enables you to feel safe and be open to talking freely with me. I am experienced in working with loss of a parent or a physically/emotionally absent parent.

About Me

I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor working from two locations - NW10 & NW6. I have had a full time private practice since 2019. Before then I taught creative students cultural theory in Higher Education. I have a long standing yoga practice. and a yoga teacher training. I am currently (Feb 24) training to work with couples with the Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples model rooted in an understanding of attachment theory.
