My Approach

I seek to discover a more profound knowledge of that inner self so that we can heal and recover. I offer my depth of seeing and listening into that central ring where depression, anxiety, fear and loss are often experienced alone.

About Me

I believe that we can all heal and thrive under the right conditions.
I offer ongoing counselling and psychotherapy, EMDR (usually short-term) and Single Session Therapy. I have been doing this for 30 years.

I aim to bring those I work with closer to the centre of the circle of their own lives. Like the rings within a tree, we are that inner central ring that can be damaged or misshapen by trauma, depression and anxiety.

I work with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, coming to me with diverse issues.
