As a group-analytic psychotherapist, I offer group, couples and individual therapy. Group analysis helps in understanding and managing problems in terms of your relationships at home, at work, past and present. This holistic approach is influenced by my experience in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) where relationship patterns are identified and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) where thought patterns are recognised. The important relationship between mind and body is also considered.
