About Me

I have been working as a body psychotherapist for over thirty years, sometimes alongside work in education and research.
I work with people to understand and address their troubles and challenges which may at times seem overwhelming. Within a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship we explore sensation, emotion and thinking to a new depth, leading to insight, growth and change in the way we experience our selves, our relationships and the things that matter to us.
I am an active member of the UK Association of Humanistic Psychology Practitioners (UKAHPP).
