Systemic Psychotherapy for couples, families and individuals.
I am also EMDR trained and have a personal practice of Mindfulness
I teach on trauma informed courses and endeavour to adopt this into my approach too.

About Me

Supervisor and family therapist. I have worked with couples, children and families for over 25 years now, both in the NHS, Relate, in Social Care, the Education and Voluntary sectors. I specialise in emotional and behavioural difficulties for children on a variety of issues from anxiety , worries about school, blended or step families etc to worries about identity for example. I also work with couples around their relationship and parenting issues and have worked with both same sex couples as well as heterosexual couples.
