About Me

I am a highly qualified relationship and psychosexual therapist and supervisor with over 15 years’ experience of providing individual and couple therapy. I work with a range of clients from different cultural backgrounds and sexual orientation and offer both time limited and open ended therapy depending on your needs. The therapeutic model that I offer is unique to each client and draws on psychodynamic and behavioural techniques. I trained at the Tavistock centre for couple relationships and am a leading specialist in working with couples where one or both of the partners are experiencing depression and anxiety.
When we meet I'll offer you an initial session, during which I will discuss with you the exact nature of the problems you’re having and when things started to get difficult. I’ll ask you about your current family circumstances, early experiences and family history, in order to get to know you. At the end of the first session we’ll have made a start in trying to understand patterns that you may be stuck in and how therapy might help you.
