About Me

As an experienced Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, I offer you a safe, confidential and caring space in which to explore the issues that you want to bring. I am primarily interested in how I can help you to identify your strengths and apply these creatively in your life.

I am committed to engaging whole heartedly with your therapeutic journey, bringing a sense of curiosity, humour and compassion. I am open to exploring how the interruptions and disturbances in childhood impact on our adult life, whilst keeping focused on finding solutions in the here and now.

In particular, I am committed to exploring the mind - body - nature - disconnect and how this is often at the heart of other presenting issues.

I work with a broad spectrum of presenting issues, from not feeling part of life, to exploring deep seated grief and bereavement, facing all aspects of trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety as well as relationship and intimacy issues.

I have extensive experience of working with addiction disorders, including drug and alcohol dependency and eating disorders and the impact these issues have on personal relationships and family.

I have worked in a variety of settings including the NHS and private sector organizations. I am registered with the UKCP.

I am happy to work with you on a short term as long term basis.

I look forward to hearing from you.
