About Me

APPROACH
I am an experienced adult and child counsellor/psychotherapist and supervisor with flexible working hours.

My approach is to offer empathetic understanding and non-judgmental listening in a safe space. Everyone is unique and therefore I draw on many different methods to suit each person's needs. My aim is to connect my client with their own inner resources through authenticity and self-empowerment. I work with individuals and couples, short and long term therapy.

AVAILABILITY
I currently only have day time availability.

BACKGROUND
Before training as a psychotherapist I worked for many years in broadcast and corporate television, event management and communications as a producer/director running my own production company. I worked for NGOs including Amnesty International and WWF and ran Greenpeace’s international film and video unit for five years. My corporate clients have included Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Coca-Cola, BG and BP, for whom I specialised in senior leadership communications. I have travelled extensively world-wide for work. I support and volunteer for two charities that raise funds for disabled and disadvantaged children.
