My Approach

You may be feeling alone or confused, under pressure and in pain.
You may be seeking support with how you see the world, with your relationships to your family, partner or friends and work.
In our therapy sessions we will work together face-to-face or online to gain a sense of where you are in your life and how you understand your self.
Together we can build a sense of safety and understanding which may make you feel supported and motivated.
I offer a clear, step by step journey so you can find your feet, hear your voice and feel your heart.
I want to meet and support you in your uniqueness and suffering; to discover and build new relationships to your self, to others and to the world you live in. This approach can be called a humanistic integrative relational method.

About Me

With many years of experience as a mentor and tutor for people with complex needs, working as a psychotherapist seemed like a natural development for me. Creativity, authentic presence and active relationship are central to my way of supporting others with their needs.
My roots are in central Europe; travelling widely has broadened my horizons and am now settled in the Midlands.
I believe in treating others with respect and honouring differences whilst offering support to connect to your own strength, direction and safety.
I value mindfulness and spiritual practices with warmth and humour.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I offer support and guidance in your journey of facing death and dying, and in dealing with loss and bereavement.
From birth we are set into a tapestry of relationships with the world and people. Not all of the threads in this tapestry are always supportive, and therefore patterns and habits can develop which are hard to see or which make it difficult for us connect to our true selves, to others, our work and the world. In therapy we can become aware of some of the threads and patterns. We can grow capacities to support us with this and also develop new possibilities and perspectives.
With many years of experience with individuals from different cultures and faiths I encourage and embrace questions and exploration of faith and spirituality.
