About Me

I am an Integrative Therapist working in my own consulting room in Hampton in Arden, Solihull. I offer a secure and confidential place in which to discuss whatever issues and concerns may be troubling you. Whether you are experiencing relationship breakdown, bereavement and loss, past or present, or longer term emotional difficulties like anxiety or depression, or are disturbed by anger or destructive feelings, you will be met with understanding and compassion. I also work with issues around abuse, relationship patterns, family and workplace difficulties. This is also a place to discuss loss of meaning or purpose in life and to engage with personal growth.
