INDIVIDUAL AND COUPLES WORK
£70 for 50 minute session (£75 for couples.) I am available on Bupa, AXA and Aviva medical insurance

Or perhaps it is a less definable feeling of dissatisfaction or disappointment with your life. Whichever of these describes your situation best, working with a therapist can be helpful.

I offer individual psychotherapy and couples counselling in an integrative way. This means I have trained in several different therapeutic approaches and can tailor my methods and exercises according to your needs. I work in comfortable private rooms in the conservation area of Southend/Westcliff. My office in SS0, is a ten minute walk from both Southend Central and Southend Victoria stations and has ample parking outside. Sessions last 50 minutes and usually take place weekly.
