About Me
I trained at the Chiron Centre for Body Psychotherapy and have 17 years experience of working short and long term face to face. I offer a warm empathetic presence. I work in relational way paying attention to thoughts, words, the body and spirit . I sometimes work with dialogue seated in chairs and other times with the body lying down on a mattress and often with a combination of both.
