About Me

I work as a trauma-informed psychotherapist and supervisor in private practice (UKCP / MBACP / HCPC registered) in Emsworth (Hants/West Sussex border) and in Battersea Park (London). My particular interests include relational trauma, anxiety, stress, depression and psychosomatic conditions including recovery from eating disorders. My original training is in integrative arts psychotherapy.
