My Approach

My approach is Integrative - drawing on Humanistic and Psychodynamic perspectives, linked with the latest research in neuroscience. I typically see clients for 50 minute sessions on an on-going weekly basis. I do see some clients for more or less frequent sessions depending on need. I usually work in-person, but I can offer telephone or video sessions if circumstances require this. My approach is flexible and responsive as I believe that each therapeutic piece of work is uniquely co-created between client and therapist.
