My Approach

I work with adults (over 18 years) experiencing a wide range of issues (e.g relationship difficulties at home or work). My model of psychotherapy is integrative and humanistic. This means that I will use different approaches from different therapeutic models to suit your needs with the goal of supporting you to, in your own way, “live-well now”.

About Me

I qualified as a psychotherapist in 1999. Relevant qualifications include:

• Diploma in Psychotherapy.
• Certificate in Online & Telephone Counselling
• Certificate in Psychodynamic Approaches to Practice.
• Certificate in Counselling.

I have also completed training in Person Centred Expressive Arts Therapy, Somatic Trauma Therapy and EMDR.
