I am trained as a Gestalt and Humanistic psychotherapist, which means I will be working with you holistically, and in a way that recognises your uniqueness and lived experiences. About Me

Perhaps you have been feeling stuck, stressed-out, or distant in your relationships. You may be suffering anxiety, anger, addiction, loss or depression. If any of these, or something in your past or present, is interfering with your peace of mind I can help. I am a highly experienced psychotherapist offering caring and confidential talking therapy. Normally I work face-to-face from offices in Birmingham (Digbeth). I also work via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I work with individuals affected by anxiety, addiction, impulsive and compulsive behaviours. I also have experience of helping adult children of alcoholics and/or drug addicts.
I have experience of short and long-term couples therapy , and 'am Tavistock trained therapist for couples affected by depression.
I have a particular interest and lived experience of working with diverse clients including people from African, Asian, Caucasian and mixed heritage; transitioning individuals; non-binary and polyamorous people.
