About Me

Most of us experience times in our lives when we feel overwhelmed, scared, depressed, angry or powerless, and talking through these feelings - getting an understanding of them - can be a very effective way of finding a path through the difficulties that life throws at us. I am an Integrative/Humanistic Psychotherapist and believe that the relationship between client and therapist is of the utmost importance. I consider myself to be warm and approachable, and provide a confidential, safe, non-judgemental environment in which to explore the issues which we face.
