My Approach

I am an experienced Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working from a private and comfortable consulting room in Poole. I also work online. I offer long term open ended psychotherapy or short term counselling. I provide a safe and confidential setting in which to discuss and explore whatever might be troubling you.

About Me

I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and I work with both young adults and older adults . I am also trained in and draw upon CBT, attachment theory and Jungian thinking. I have 15 years experience of working in the mental health field with adults, and with students in universities, in a bereavement counselling organisation and in the NHS. I also provide group supervision in a community counselling service and supervise in private practice.
