My Approach

I am a Clinical Gestalt Psychotherapist who has worked with Trauma, Grief and loss, depression and anxiety. I work with couples and individuals on a long or short term contract.

About Me

I am a married male with 2 grown up children, initially training as a humanistic counsellor gaining experience and whilst training worked and trained as a Cruse volunteer working with Grief and loss. I then moved on to Psychotherapy training at the Metanoia institute in London where I started my qualification as a Clinical Gestalt Psychotherapist, I have over 14 years experience in a wide range of conditions and my latest training was completed in contemporary Trauma practice, gaining a Diploma in this field. I have also completed my Supervision training at the Northern Guild. I charge £55 per 1 hour session.
