My Approach

My approach combines Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma, and Neuroscience.
I work relationally, focusing on the relationship between us and your relationships with yourself and others. This approach is aimed to empower you, helping you gain better self-understanding and make life choices that align with who you are. I believe that by paying particular attention to your inner world, you can find ways to feel more accepting towards yourself and reconnect with those parts of you that are holding you back or that you disapprove of, putting you in control of your own transformation.


In therapy, I aim to inspire you to move towards your true self, helping you recognize how you have learned to adapt to your circumstances. Understanding how you formed these patterns and how they now affect who you are in your relationship with yourself and others will help you create a space in which you can begin to make the life choices that are right for you.

About Me

I am a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist with experience working in private practice and within the NHS Medical Trauma Service. I offer an honest and supportive space where you can find motivation and genuine encouragement with the right amount of challenge to help you grow. With a background in working with a terminal illness and medical trauma, I have a deep appreciation for life and a respect for our unique ways of adapting to our suffering.
