UKCP has moved to York House, 221 Pentonville Road, London N1 9UZ. We are updating the address listed in all our documents, please bear with us as we make these changes.
I offer long- and short-term work. Currently all sessions are held over video call or on the telephone and last for 50 minutes. Please contact me for a complimentary, brief telephone consultation with no obligation to continue. The purpose of the call is to understand more about what brings you to therapy and to see how I can best support you in our work together. If you like, we can then book in an initial 50 minute session with a view to scheduling weekly sessions if you wish to continue working together.
Since you are a unique individual, the psychotherapy I offer will be moulded to you and your circumstances. Our sessions are opportunities to explore your self, your inner conflicts and your relationships. In helping you gain greater self-insight, my aim is for you to know and accept yourself and to find new possibilities to live life in a more fulfilling way.
In our sessions, I will listen to you with utmost care. It can take courage to speak from a vulnerable place, yet this is where change occurs. My stance is warm, curious and non-judgmental. All of our work is completely confidential.
I have worked with individuals from varied backgrounds with a range of problems. I have a particular interest in working with survivors of sexual trauma and those struggling with existential issues.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
