Taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting, but it’s an act of courage and self-care. I commend you for considering it and I would be honoured to accompany you on your journey towards self-discovery.
We would work together to explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviours so you can better understand yourself and others.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal development I am here to support you. Together we can work towards understanding your patterns, uncovering unconscious motivations, and empower you to navigate life’s complexities.
I am a fully-qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist. I offer a safe and confidential space, where you can begin to make sense of your feelings and to identify how you would like to move forward.
I am a firm believer in the transformational potential of the psychotherapeutic relationship and the resilience of the human spirit.
I have experience of working with people from a wide range of social and cultural backgrounds and across all age groups.
