For me, integrative psychotherapy means working relationally and being fully present, while also thinking deeply about how past experiences shape the person you are today. I offer a calm, collaborative space where it's possible to face difficult or painful experiences without fear or shame. You don’t have to carry things alone, and it’s never too late to find a way forward.
I’m a psychotherapist with a background in integrative counselling and psychotherapy. I have extensive experience supporting young adults and working within community mental health settings. Alongside my clinical practice, I am a faith leader supporting university students and my local community. While religious in nature, this role continues to deepen my understanding of the emotional and spiritual dimensions of human experience. In therapy, I am always led by each client’s own values and needs.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
