My Approach

I work therapeutically with individuals and groups, offering short-term and open-ended support. My approach is psychodynamic and group-analytical, informed by a deep understanding of relational dynamics. I aim to explore unconscious factors that influence emotional well-being and collaborate with clients to gain insight and promote well-being.

I have extensive experience working with women's issues from a feminist approach, including those related to identity, relationships, and societal pressures. I have an special interest in bereavement therapy. I support individuals in navigating the complex emotional challenges involved in loss and grief.

About Me

I am a Group Analyst and Psychotherapist based in Bristol. I have international experience living and working abroad. I offer therapy in a central Bristol location and online for added flexibility. Over the last decade, I have focused extensively on therapeutic work within the charitable sector, where I have worked as a therapist and group analyst, offering specialist support in various settings.

My experience includes working with a women’s health organization promoting well-being, bereavement, grief, and chronic illness. This background has deepened my understanding of the complexity of human emotions and the importance of creating a safe, empathetic environment in which clients can explore their feelings and experiences.

I have a strong foundation in clinical adult social work, working in rehabilitation communities, adult care, and mental health teams at the local authority and NHS. These roles allowed me to support individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate various challenges.
