I am a Systemic Psychotherapist and Supervisor in Independent Practice. Prior to this I worked for many years in mental health settings both with adults and with children/adolescents in Dublin and Birmingham. I work with families, individuals, couples and I also offer systemic supervision and consultation.
I have specialist experience in the area of child to parent violence (Non Violent Resistance clinician and trainer) and I am also trained in Emotion Focused Couple's therapy.
I have experience in working with culturally diverse populations and I strive for my practice to be inclusive for people of all cultures, nationalities, religious/spiritual backgrounds, and sexual orientations.
My work with UK based individuals only takes place Online.
I grew up in Greece and spent most of my adult life in Ireland, UK and recently the Netherlands where I relocated with my family in 2021

I am continuously amazed by how systemic therapy makes a difference in people's lives and relationships. This keeps me passionate about this work and about sharing my experience with colleagues I supervise.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
