Before becoming a psychotherapist, I lived and worked across Europe and the Gulf, and I bring this rich experience into my practice. Having spent years in the corporate world, I understand the impact of cultural, societal, and professional pressures on one’s sense of self. My approach considers not just your individual experiences but also the context of your upbringing and environment.
I have also worked as an Honorary Counsellor at the NHS, specifically with the Community Living Well service under the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. This role has provided me with valuable experience in delivering psychological therapies to a diverse client base, further enriching my practice.
I work with individuals from all walks of life, offering support for a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, chronic procrastination, work-related stress, and relationship difficulties. Together, we can explore the deeper patterns influencing your thoughts and feelings, helping you better understand yourself and navigate life’s challenges.
I have trained at the British Psychotherapy Foundation and the WPF Therapy. I am a member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy, the British Psychoanalytic Council, the British Psychotherapy Foundation and the Foundation of Psychotherapy and Counselling.
I adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
