About Me

I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist working with adult clients. My training took place at the Minster Centre over 6 years, I graduated in 2009.

With over 20 years experience working in human services I have worked with a diverse range of clients with a variety of presenting issues. These include; anxiety, depression, work related stress and relationship issues. Many of the clients I work with want to understand themselves better and explore their past to see how this contributes to their present life issues. This exploration takes place within a holding, confidential & non-judgemental relationship. This will lead to developing self-awareness which can create positive changes. I also work with psychotherapy/counselling students as part of their journey to becoming therapists.
