About Me

Teresa is a Systemic and Family Psychotherapist with a background in Clinical Psychology and Creative Art Therapies. Teresa works with individuals, couples and families presenting with a variety of difficulties such as depression, anxiety, family conflicts, marital difficulties, parental separation and divorce, self-harm, eating disorders and family transitions.

Teresa is also a certified Systemic Supervisor and offers supervision, training and consultation to clinicians and multi-disciplinary teams. Teresa works part-time for the NHS at the Royal Free Hospital and teaches on a Family Therapy and Systemic Practice course.
