I am a qualified, accredited and experienced psychoanalytic psychotherapist with experience of working with clients experiencing emotional distress, anxiety, low mood and depression.
I predominantly work with a relational model and have a particular interest and specialism in working with all forms of emotional intensity, attachment issues and difficulties in interpersonal relationships (be that with partners, friends, family, work colleagues).
Since qualifying I have completed further CPD training in trauma-focused models, mindfulness interventions and Mentalization Based Therapy.
I have also completed the STEPS training via the NHS so am qualified to offer short-term skills-based interventions as well as open-ended therapy.
