Choosing a therapist as well as the type of therapy can feel quite daunting.
It is widely recognised that the most effective outcomes are based on the quality of the relationship between client and therapist, and it is my experience that building trust and understanding with a client can help them begin to vocalise experiences and express emotions that may be difficult to talk about.
My approach is grounded in working with you as an individual – a process that aims to clarify and illuminate issues central to you in a way that is non-judgmental and down to earth.
